There are multiple operations to change the contour of your buttocks. For those who lack projection of their buttocks and have a flat contour, you may wish to augment your buttocks with either placement of buttock implants or fat grafts.
Fat Grafting
Patients who desire augmentation with their own tissue need to have enough fat located elsewhere on their body to provide donor tissue. Buttock Lift
Due to aging or after massive weight loss, the buttocks sag and lose projection. By performing a lower body lift or buttock lift, the buttock position and shape can be improved. This can also be combined with a procedure that augments the buttocks using the tissue from you lower back.
Buttock Implants
We here at Augusta Plastic Surgery also offer augmentation of the buttocks using contoured implants. These implants are placed deep within the buttock tissue to help create a fuller shape.
